This September I received a very special invitation from the Founder of INNVEST- Mrs. Fabiola Duro.
I was invited to be the host of Innvest Summit 2022, at first my only thought was to find a nice way out of this proposal but the vision that Fabiola had in mind regarding this innovative event intrigued me!
I was expected to lead this event as a coach, create coaching conversations and ask powerful questions. This idea was a game-changer!
Having the opportunity to set the stage for meaningful messages, help create new opportunities for young professionals, and network with the C-Suite executives and bright minds from the “Giants” of Albanian and International Markets was challenging and inspiring at the same time.
For two full days, I had the pleasure of meeting, listening to, and being inspired by young professionals pitching their ideas.
The concept of this summit was to create an empowering environment and concrete results by integrating Four main components:
1. Promising Start-ups in Innovation & Technology
2. Angel Investors, Mentors & Experts providing their tips and trick for success coming from: Silicon Valley, EBRD, Deloitte CES
3. Representatives from Leading companies to share their Know-How and inform on business opportunities for future skills such as Coca-Cola,Siemens, NOA, Credins etc.
4. Networking and Recruiting space as a tool to fill the gap between young talents and big companies in the sector of Technology and innovation
Creating an impact in this sector in Albania is challenging as it is a new concept mostly dedicated to a limited target group. The impact that this small target group can create and the change it can make to the ecosystem is worth every effort and risk that must be taken.
At the end of this “one-of-a-kind” experience, I feel thankful to the Innvest team for the trust and for allowing me the space to be my authentic self, and for giving my modest contribution to the success of this event.
We are living in the fourth industrial revolution and embracing change is no longer enough, to succeed we must be the change!
